We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will provide a replacement or refund after verification.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Cash on Delivery orders are eligible for replacement only. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
